“Worked with Alix on sexuality issues.  In our first session during Zoom,  Alix identified a “heart wall” and over the course of 3 sessions removed all the emotions energetically that made up the heart wall.  Some examples were grief, heartache, abandonment, shame, helplessness, self-abuse and more.  There were in total of 22 emotions trapped that Alix was able to release energetically.  Alix was also able to identify the age when the emotion was present to create the heart wall, and most of what she identified rang true to me, from divorce to the loss of a pet and the loss of my father.  It’s a few days later and I’m already feeling different, more resolution regarding sexuality issues that were present prior are now fading away.   Thank you, Alix, your healing work “works” and is truly amazing.”     - Susan C.

"Alix’s Body Code sessions have been an absolute game-changer for me! Her unique approach to holistic healing combines the power of energy work, emotion release, and subconscious reprogramming to address both physical and emotional imbalances. 

A couple years ago, out of the blue, I started having seizures and developed an inner ear disorder and an autonomic disorder. I had crippling fatigue, insomnia, chronic pain, worsening ADHD, and memory problems. I saw 11 new doctors over the span of a year trying to find out what was happening to my health and how to treat it. The medical system was failing me and I couldn’t find anyone who seemed interested in helping me or investigating what was causing all of these symptoms. I came to Alix for help on a recommendation from my aunt. I have never tried holistic medicine or anything like body coding before and I was skeptical but open to the experience and willing to try anything to get better.

Through her sessions, I've experienced profound shifts in my well-being, from reduced stress and anxiety, increased focus and concentration to improved physical health and increased energy. The most amazing impact I have noticed is a drastic increase in energy. With chronic illness comes significant fatigue and hopelessness. During my first session, Alix found that my spirit was 67% disconnected from my body. The day after she energetically reconnected my spirit and physical body I woke up feeling like myself again. The world seemed brighter and more clear, like I was waking up from a dream or emerging from a fog. It felt like I was getting pieces of myself and my personality back as my thoughts, feelings, and sense of the world around me aligned back with reality. I finally realized how disconnected I had become from my emotions and the world around me since my seizures started. From that point on, I was a believer. I felt better after one session with Alix than I have in a very long time. I was even able to cut my chronic fatigue medicine dosage in half!  

Another amazing transformation was the resolution of my hyperacusis. My inner ear disorder called Ménière’s disease, made loud noises significantly painful for me. In one of my body code sessions, Alix informed me that my left middle ear bone was misaligned. After she realigned it energetically, I was able to stop using hearing aids. I had never mentioned to Alix how painful mildly loud noises were for me or that it was my left ear that was affected by Ménière’s. To this day, loud noises no longer hurt me, which is a godsend in a house with three crazy dogs who love to bark at every little noise they hear.

Alix also worked on my nervous system to look for problems that could be causing my seizures. My subconscious lead her to look specifically at my Central Nervous System (CNS). She found that my spirit was 64% disconnected from my CNS. She also found many trapped emotions, such as  helplessness, discouragement, resentment, hopelessness and a Despair Anchor of “It is pointless to try" that all began at age 27. A despair anchor is described as the energy of a negative statement, that is perceived as a truth by the subconscious mind. This is significant to me because I was 27 when my health started to drastically deteriorate. After these emotions were released, my seizures stopped completely for months. Although I still have seizures occasionally, they have stabilized and occur much less often than they previously had which has helped my brain heal from the trauma.

Alix is such a kind and caring person. She never tried to take advantage of my problems or gave me a sales pitch. She genuinely wanted to help me. With only a quick 15 minute introduction/interview of my symptoms she was able to find and fix various problems and resolve symptoms that I never talked with her about or posted on any social media platform. 

Alix’s compassionate guidance and intuitive insights make each session a transformative experience. I originally paid for 5 sessions but after the immediate and significant results, I added 2 more. 

I also asked for coaching on nutrition and weight loss since I’ve always struggled to lose weight and keep it off. When I told her I was still having trouble after following her nutritional guidance, she did a free belief code session with me on weight loss and almost instantly I started losing weight. I lost 15 pounds in the first month after her belief code session.

" I first found Alix in Jan. 2024 after a dear friend recommended the Emotion Code Book and the website to find a local practitioner. I knew that the accumulated weight gain and body pain through the years was partly due to years of toxic exposures & emotional turmoil. I was long overdue in releasing whatever was causing the issues and was ready to let it go. 

I had been working with my holistic chiropractor on multiple things for balancing my body systems and I found it so fascinating how Doc and Alix simultaneously came up with same things independent of each other on multiple occasions. Like fascia, parasites, and other specific physical things. And what was so helpful is that Alix was able to remove or rebalance things that were related that otherwise may never have been uncovered. She always says “anything can cause anything” and the stuck emotions, belief blocks, energies, physical misalignments and way more came up to be resolved in conjunction with my other healing approaches. The results amaze me. 

For example, my skin totally cleared up except for one small patch of psoriasis after a long bout of Candida that I had previously tried to get under control and had worsened. So by focusing on Gut balance improvements my gut issues, Candida & parasites went away. That also includes releasing esophagus & lung issues that were related to food sensitivity. 

I was struggling with knee and hamstring pain for months. It has finally resolved. I also noticed that I have a quicker recovery time from the Fibromyalgia pain that I have dealt with for many years. 

It was so interesting how the energy in my home went from chaotic to calm after Alix did a Heart wall removal. It also affected my husband. 

I have finally released some weight and inches and now wear the next size down and am motivated to continue on that path.

"1.  I started with Alix because I was experiencing what can best be described as "spiritual attacks" that I have had recurring in my life. I’ve had this cleared in the past but it kept coming back and interrupting my life. Alix cleared it all off and rebalanced the interferences it created. But further, she was able to identify and close the beliefs and reverberations that were allowing it to keep happening. Nothing since!

2.  We moved on to the physical, with my neck, shoulder, back pain affecting me for years. Mostly at a level 10 (worst) pain. With other therapies, I was able to bring it to a 6 and now in the short time with Alix, it’s already down to a 2-3! Especially just after the heart-wall is when the neck and shoulder pain released.

My chiropractor even commented on the progress and I’m feeling confident to skip on doing the shots or surgery!

3.  Next was a chronic ear issue that was going to require a tube. That was especially acute over the last few years at about a level 7-8 and it within a couple of weeks!, Doc said it’s all cleared up which doesn’t usually happen.

I find it amazing how all things were connected and what came up. Especially when we worked on my beliefs and mental/emotional things like trust, fear, and procrastination showing up personally, in my primary relationship and friendships. All of these are improving

4.  I even had a toe procedure that was more like a surgery, that wouldn’t heal like normal and now it’s rapidly healing.

5.  One of the most significant things we cleared up was a heart wall I built up over my life. That seemed to be the final release of lifelong shoulder and neck pain. I also now feel much more peace with my husband and a more settled feeling with past relationships that used to feel somehow unresolved.

“Due to a car accident, I had been experiencing severe back pain and sciatica and found myself unable to walk or move for extended periods of time. After Alix worked on my Low back specifically for a couple of sessions, my pain dropped from level 7 to 2. “I was first referred to Alix through my chiropractor. I had been having issues with a previous injury (slipped disc) accompanied by a good amount of sciatic pain down my left leg. My chiro had done quite a bit to help me, however I felt like my body was hanging on to the pain for some reason. He suggested connecting with Alix to see if there was any stuck energy or emotions lingering in the area making the pain worse. 

After a handful of sessions with Alix, we saw massive and immediate improvement in my pain. Within 2-3 weeks, I was pain free and functioning as normal again! It’s been months now and I am still pain free without any recurring issues!

"I’ve been struggling with feeling lost with my direction spiritually. I grew up with a strong background in Christianity since I was a baby. With time, I slowly withdrew myself from being involved with religion as I started to closed off to it. That continued to where I eventually lost my faith entirely, which I thought I was content with. I started reading about other religions simply out of curiosity and found comparing their similarities and differences very interesting. “I initially went to Alix as I had recently moved to the Reno area and was experiencing a lot of anxiety which was affecting may relationship with my husband and causing my eczema to get completely out of control (I knew this was stress induced!).

We first focused on the eczema that I’ve struggled with for 8 years now. Alix started by uncovering and energetically clearing things like my liver, a pathogen, some excess stress and even reset my skin. She said my body was asking for a couple of nutrient recommendations that, upon research, were directly related to itchiness and eczema that came up in her mapping technique for me to find some relief. What started at a level 6 is now level 3 after just 2 sessions. She even identified environmental toxins related to the materials and washing of my comforter. I followed her advice (which she says is actually my own subconscious!) and the problem immediately went away.

We then addressed the issue of improving my relationship with my husband - where I felt immediate shifts in my reactions and felt less triggered, more able to let things roll off my back.

We did a little focussing on removing some blocks I had to moving forward with meaningful ways to spend some of my time now that I am retired. Alix gave me the motivation to take action and reach out and sign on to work with a number of charitable organizations in the area.
